Terms & Conditions
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm we have received your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will email you to inform you of this.
You, the buyer, shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided on the order form and we will not be obliged to accept an order unless all details requested on the order form have been entered correctly.
The goods may differ slightly from the images shown.
We reserve the right to substitute products of a similar description and standard if the requested goods are not available but will use reasonable endeavours to match your order exactly. In the unlikely event of you receiving a substituted product, you, the buyer, shall be entitled to return the goods unopened together with the original invoice for a full refund within ten working days from the date of delivery, should the substituted product not be acceptable to you.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect the statutory rights of any consumer.
Our payment providers perform fraud checks on every payment we process. In some instances, certain orders may get flagged and will require investigation by our staff. We may reach out to you via email or phone and ask a series of industry standard questions should your payment be flagged. We will then clear the order for fulfilment or cancel the order if deemed appropriate.
If you want to cancel an order you must email us immediately during working hours. Once orders are locked for shipping we are unable to cancel them and you will need to return the item. If you do not receive a response confirming your order has been cancelled then is has been locked for shipping and cannot be amended.
