Matrix Nutrition UK Parcel Delivery
Matrix Nutrition is now pleased to offer next day delivery as standard to UK mainland providing the item is ordered by 2pm. This is to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
If your order is over 3kg it will delivered by DHL under our premium service.
If your order is under 3kg it will delivered next day by Yodel.
Orders under £75 incur a £5.99 delivery fee for next day delivery service
Orders are dispatched the same day if ordered before 2pm Monday - Friday.
There is a delivery surcharge for Northern Ireland meaning delivery is £12.50 to this location and delivery may take an additional 24 hours.
Working Days
Working days are Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays. Occasionally our delivery couriers and warehouse may work on weekends and bank holidays but this is not guaranteed. Our standard delivery days are Monday - Friday. If you order after 2pm on a Friday it will be delivered on Tuesday. A delivery company may delivery on Saturday but this is at their discretion.
Dispatch Time
If an item is in-stock and not a pre-order, then we'll do our best to despatch the same working day, if ordered by 2pm! For example, if you order after this time on a Friday, your order may not be despatched until the following Monday. Sometimes our 2pm target may not be possible due to couriers not having enough space to take the parcels onto the lorry that evening. Therefor it may take an additional day to despatch your parcel and your delivery service preference will then start.
Pre-Order & Out Of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock then it will show as sold out on the product page. If the product is due in soon or has just sold through, it may for a brief time show as being available for pre-order. If you have a mixed basket (i.e. an in stock and pre-order item together) we will hold your order until the item is with us and send as 1 complete order. For any information just message us and we'll do our best to help you.
The delivery service you chose at the checkout will then dictate the delivery time after it's with the courier. This notice will automatically disappear when stock is available to be despatched by 2pm the same day.
Can I Cancel An Order?
Once an order is placed online and paid for it gets locked for shipping. Once this has occurred it cannot be cancelled, you'll need to return for a refund or exchange.
Not Going To Be In?
Please note: in the event that you are unable to receive your delivery, our couriers may leave your parcel with a neighbour or on your property.
Delivery Not On Time
In the rare event a delivery courier doesn't meet the expected service time or our warehouse does not fulfil your order by 2pm, it is understandably frustrating for you and us. Please note however, we cannot refund postage for these reasons. If you suspect your parcel is lost and do not receive your delivery 2 weeks after despatch confirmation then we'll need to confirm that it is lost by the courier that handled your delivery. Once confirmed as lost you'll be entitled to a full refund or replacement straight away. If part of your order is missing and a refund takes you below the free delivery threshold a replacement product will be sent.
