Return Information

At Matrix Nutrition we understand that occasionally you may change your mind or want to return an item to us. We operate a 14 day return policy. If you wish to return an unopened order, or part of an unopened order, please send us an email with the header 'Returns' and we will provide our returns address and instructions. We recommend you use a fully tracked service when returning items to us. We will not be liable for the parcels until they have entered our warehouse. 

Please note that we cannot accept the return of items which have been opened or part-consumed due to the fact we cannot resell the item. 

When you return the items back, please make sure you include a covering note with your order number, name and the reason for return otherwise we may not be able to process your return. Returns will be processed 3-4 working days after confirmed receipt and inspection. If using our returns portal we will deduct the cost of the return, from your refund.
