Ordering & Payments

Matrix Nutrition currently accepts a range of payment cards including Visa Debit, Credit and Maestro via Sage Pay (now Opayo) which are ranked the most trusted payment provider in the UK. 

Ordering is just as easy! Simply browse for the products you need either by the search bar or using the easy to navigate menu and add them to your basket. Once added and you're ready to checkout, you'll be prompted to enter your shipping details, you'll then be able to select your shipping preferences in the following page and enter any discount codes you have. The final step takes you to confirm payment information. When prompted to complete your order you'll be redirected to a Sage Pay landing page to pay.

After you've paid, you'll receive an email confirming your order. The next correspondence you'll have from us is when the order has been fulfilled and is on it's way to you. You can revisit your shipment confirmed email and know exactly the status of your parcel at anytime.
