Delivery can be FREE for you! However, paid delivery starts at just £5.99.

Our shipping costs depend on the following factors: price, weight, service and location. This allows you to chose how fast you want your items and also, some flexibility over the courier we choose for your order where possible.

Pre-order stock will be sent via selected carrier once booked in, time displayed per product basis

At the checkout you'll be given all the options applicable to your order. Our standard and express service is fulfilled by Evri and occasionally Royal Mail. Fed Ex is our new premium service and is available at cost.

*We may have to confirm orders over 20kg prior to fulfilment and also orders to Northern Ireland and Scottish Highland may incur a £12.50 surcharge, we'll email the contact information on the order to advise before sending your parcel. 

*Order weight is product + packaging

Working Days 

Working days are Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays. Occasionally our delivery couriers and warehouse may work on weekends and bank holidays but this is not guaranteed. Our standard delivery days are Monday - Friday also, again a delivery company may delivery on Saturday but this is at their discretion. 

Despatch Time

If an item is in-stock and not a pre-order, then we'll do our best to despatch the same working day, if ordered by 2pm! For example, if you order after this time on a Friday, your order may not be despatched until the following Monday. Sometimes our 2pm target may not be possible due to couriers not having enough space to take the parcels onto the van that evening. Therefor it may take up to 48 hours or 2 working days to despatch your parcel and your delivery service preference will then start. 

 

Pre-Order & Out Of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock then it will show as sold out on the product page. If the product is due in soon or has just sold through, it may for a brief time show as being available for pre-order. If you have a mixed basket (i.e. an in stock and pre-order item together) we will hold your order until the item is with us and send as 1 complete order. For any information just message us and we'll do our best to help you.

The delivery service you chose at the checkout will then dictate the delivery time after it's with the courier. This notice will automatically disappear when stock is available to be despatched by 2pm the same day.

Our standard pre-order times are despatched in 2 weeks or a specified ship date. This will be clearly displayed when you add your product to the cart.

 

Can I Cancel An Order?

Once an order is placed online and paid for it gets locked for shipping. Once this has occurred it cannot be cancelled, you'll need to return for a refund.

 

Not Going To Be In?

Please note: in the event that you are unable to receive your delivery, our couriers may leave your parcel with a neighbour or on your property. 

 

Delivery Not On Time

In the rare event a delivery courier doesn't meet the expected service time or our warehouse does not fulfil your order by 2pm, it is understandably frustrating for you and us. Please note however, we cannot refund postage for these reasons. If you suspect your parcel is lost and do not receive your delivery 2 weeks after despatch confirmation then we'll need to confirm that it is lost by the courier that handled your delivery. This can take up to 30 days from despatch. Once confirmed as lost you'll be entitled to a full refund, If part of your order is missing and a refund takes you below the free delivery threshold a replacement product will be sent. 

 

Matrix Nutrition European (EU) Deliveries 

Due to the UK leaving the EU we do not currently offer delivery to countries in the EU. We hope to update this when we have more information.
