Mix 1 scoop (60g) rounded scoop with 400-500ml of water or milk in a shaker or blender as required.
For best results add fluid first and shake vigorously for 30-60 seconds. Use 1-2 servings a day. On training days consume 1 serving ideally in the morning and 1 serving after your training session. On non training days consume one serving in the morning or as a snack throughout the day.
