Our main delivery service has now been updated to Hermes 24 hour service. Hermes 24 hour service operates on a next working day delivery schedule. Table 1 shows which courier service will deliver your order based on weight. All courier orders via Hermes 24 Service will be delivered between 9.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

Our next working day delivery service is based on the Table 2. Please note we do not currently deliver on weekends.

* If you have a mixed basket containing items of both next working day delivery and out of stock items, we may deliver separately or hold your items until they can be despatched together. We endeavour to give as accurate expected delivery information as possible, however in some instances such as in times of high demand or items being out of stock these may not be met.
Our couriers charge extra for deliveries to these areas and we pass this on at cost. Deliveries to these locations typically start from £5.99. We aim to have your order with you within 3-5 working days.

In an ideal world, we would love a signature on all deliveries from Matrix Nutrition. This completes the order tracking and provides security and peace of mind for both you and us.
If you aren't available to sign for your order, our courier may leave your parcel either with a neighbour or in a safe location. You can give guidance when ordering, using the "delivery notes" section.
Should there be no one at home when we deliver - it's not a problem. Our courier will look to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe location. If neither can be used Hermes will leave a calling card and contact number so that you can re-arrange delivery for a more convenient time.
If for any reason you need to amend your delivery details, we are able to do so up to the point your parcel is despatched from our warehouse. We recommend calling our customer service department on 0844 871 0443 as soon as possible and we will be happy to arrange this for you. Please do not email us this request, as your order may have already been despatched before your email is received. Calls cost 13p per minute plus your phone company's access charge.
