Chocolate & Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of chocolate flavour Matrix Anabolic Gold
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 240ml unsweetened almond, skimmed or soy milk
  • Handful of ice cubes

Method

This decadent mixture of chocolate and peanut butter is, believe it or not, actually good for you! Peanut butter is full of nutrients including protein, folate, Vitamin E & manganese.

Simply place all the ingredients into your blender and process until smooth.

Our Tip

If required, add some water a little at a time, until your desired consistency is achieved.
