Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of vanilla flavour Matrix Whey Isolate
  • Handful of porridge oats
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 400ml almond milk
  • Water, to taste

Method

With four sources of bulk-building protein, this morning smoothie will really help you get those gains!

Add all the ingredients into your blender and mix until smooth.

If required, add water gradually until you reach your desired consistency.
