Delivery Information

Our Delivery Charges

Delivery to all mainland UK addresses is FREE, with the option of 24 hour delivery for £0.95 and 48 hour delivery for £1.95. All non-mainland isles, Northern Ireland and Scottish highlands deliveries cost £2.99 for the first 10 kilos and £0.75p per additional kilo above this. Delivery to BFPO postal addresses is just £6.95. We also offer delivery to Europe and worldwide which are detailed further below.

Our Couriers and Delivery options

All parcels weighing less than 1.2 kilos will be sent by first class Royal Mail, all orders weighing more than 1.2 kilos will be send by our couriers DPD. We know that the speed and convenience of receiving your order is important to you which is why we have chosen DPD as our preferred courier partner. With extensive coverage of the UK, they provide a tracked 2-3 day service as standard. In addition to this they also offer a variety of timed and express deliveries options including next day delivery. You can select your delivery timing when you complete your order.

Delivery times and order tracking

All courier orders via DPD will be delivered between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Shortly after placing your order, you will be sent tracking information by email to allow you to track the progress of your order. If you feel that your order should have arrived, use the tracking information provided to check on its status. If you have any concerns about your delivery then please don’t hesitate to email us, or phone our customer services on 0844 871 0443 and we will be happy to help.

Signing for deliveries

All orders from the Matrix Nutrition require a signature for delivery; this completes the order tracking and provides security and peace of mind for both you and us. If you are happy for your order to be signed for by a neighbour then please add relevant notes when you place your order such as ‘leave with number 12 if not at home’ and we will be happy to arrange this.

Missed deliveries

Should there be no one at home when we deliver - it’s not a problem. Our courier will leave a calling card and contact number so that you can re-arrange delivery for a more convenient time.

Amending delivery details

If for any reason you need to amend your delivery details, we are able to do so up to the point your parcel is despatched from our warehouse. We recommend calling our customer service department on 0844 871 0443 as soon as possible and we will be happy to arrange this for you. Please do not email us this request, as your order may have already been despatched before your email is received.
